Waste Recycling

Household waste (e.g., kitchen and bathroom trash) should be disposed of in the designated bins. All other items (e.g., furniture, appliances, large equipment) must be taken to the local landfill or recycling depot.

Landscaping

Landscaping: Owners are expected to maintain personal yards, strata manages shared areas.

Pets

Pets are welcome at Wild Rose Bay, but must always be kept on a leash when on common property. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they are well-behaved. Excessive noise or aggressive behavior should be addressed immediately.. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Shared Spaces

Respect all common property (e.g., quiet enjoyment, cleanup after use). Personal items such as swim mats, water toys, or other belongings should not be stored in shared spaces, including being tied to or left on the dock overnight or placed on boat slips. The dock is considered a shared amenity and should remain free of personal effects to ensure fair use for all. Please be respectful of your neighbours and share common spaces responsibly. 

Storage Area

Items stored in the designated area must be tagged with the owner's lot number. Vehicles and trailers must be licensed and insured. Untagged items may be removed at the owner’s expense.

Water Shutoff

If your lot is vacant or has an RV parked on it, ensure the water is shut off at the curb stop when not in use, especially during winter months to prevent freezing damage.
